Released from the Net
Senior thesis project where I spent a year researching, designing and thinking about mermaids. In that time I created a character, mermaid Delphine and designed her costume from scratch, including her shimmery, opal tail. I did some performance as Delphine, abducted from the sea, and thrown into a pool. The underwater shots were a collaboration in which I modeled and Muge Karamanci did the photography.
